Collect signature via shared link

After creating a document, you can send it for signatures using a link. This enables the collection of signatures without the necessity of sending emails via DocuSeal. You can send the signing link via your personal email or text message. Anyone who receives the link will be able to read the document and sign online.

To collect signatures via link:

  1. Open the document template form page. Templete Page
  2. In the top right corner, click on the Link button.
  3. The signing link will be copied to your clipboard.
  4. Send the signing link to the recipient via your personal email or sms or other preferred methods.
  5. After the document is signed, you will receive a notification by email.
