Why am I not able to log into my account?

If you’re seeing a message that your password doesn’t match or prompting you to create a new account when trying to log in, consider the following common issues:

  • Your account was created on docuseal.eu, but you’re trying to log in on docuseal.com, or vice versa. Make sure you are logging into the same data residency cloud where you registered your account.
  • Your account was created with a different email address. Double-check that you are entering the same email you used when you first created your account.
  • You may be signing in using a different authentication method (such as Google/SSO) than the one you used to sign up. Try logging in with the same method you used when you registered.
  • Your user account could have been deactivated by your organization’s admin. Contact your IT team for further assistance.
  • Reset your password via the “Forgot your password” link.
