How to switch from Cloud Pro plan to Pro On-Premises?

You can switch your existing Cloud Pro subscription to a Pro On-Premises license directly from your DocuSeal console.

Steps

  1. Open the on-premises management page on the server where your Cloud account is hosted:

  2. Click the Update subscription button.

  3. On the update subscription page, select the Yearly plan, then select Pro On-Premises.

When switching from Cloud, you only pay the difference between the two plans — Stripe prorates the credit from your existing Cloud Pro subscription against the Pro On-Premises price, so you are not charged the full plan price again.

After switching, visit the On-Premises License page in your console and follow the instructions there to install Pro On-Premises: - console.docuseal.com/on_premises (US server) - console.docuseal.eu/on_premises (EU server)
